Layer 1 Neutral Anti-Rust Oil: Application of a thin protective film that inhibits surface oxidation while remaining easy to clean during downstream processing.

Layer 2 VCI Film: Wrapping hot dipped gi steel coils and gi steel plates with Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) film to neutralize moisture inside the package.

Layer 3 Waterproof Kraft Paper: Shielding materials from external humidity and ambient condensation.

Layer 4 Galvanized Outer Wrap: Enclosing cargo in corrugated metal outer wrap to prevent mechanical scratches and strap friction during port handling.

Layer 5 High-Tensile Steel Strapping & Corner Guards: Securing cargo with heavy-duty steel straps and reinforced edge protectors to keep bundles tight during container or break-bulk shipping.
