Galvanized Coils (GI Coils): We utilize the "Eye-to-Sky" or "Eye-to-Wall" wrapping method. Each coil is encased in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper, followed by a waterproof plastic layer and a galvanized outer steel shell. Inner and outer edge protectors prevent "banding marks."

Galvanized Sheets (Cut-to-Length): To prevent capillary action (where moisture is sucked between flat sheets), we use interleaving VCI technology and 6-side steel frame bundling to ensure the stack remains a vacuum-sealed block.

Galvanized Strips: Given their narrow width, stability is key. We use tight-tension horizontal strapping and reinforced wooden or steel pallets to prevent "telescoping" (sliding) during crane handling.

Galvanized Chequered Plates: The raised patterns create micro-air pockets that trap moisture. We apply extra desiccant placement within these bundles and use heavy-duty PE film to prevent "friction oxidation" between the patterned surfaces.

A shipping container is a "pressure cooker" of humidity. We neutralize this via:

Industrial-Strength Desiccants: We deploy Calcium Chloride (CaCl2) bags with an absorption rate exceeding 300%. These are strategically hung on container walls—not just tossed on the floor—to capture "Container Rain" before it drips.

Moisture-Controlled Dunnage: We use only ISPM-15 heat-treated timber with a certified moisture content below 20%. Many suppliers use "green" wood, which actually causes rust; we strictly forbid it.

Base Vapor Barrier: A thick, puncture-resistant plastic liner is laid across the entire container floor to block rising dampness from the sea.
