Quality Control / Inspection
Tianjin Guoyu Steel applies comprehensive quality management to ensure each batch meets technical and safety standards.
Steel wires are inspected for chemical composition, tensile strength, elongation, and surface condition.
Zinc coating weight, uniformity, and rope construction are inspected during production.
Final inspection covers diameter, construction, strength, and appearance. Inspection reports and MTC are available upon request.
