Quality Control / Inspection
Tianjin Guoyu Steel implements quality control throughout the entire production process, from raw material selection to final inspection.
All cold-rolled and hot-rolled substrates are inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface condition before production.
During galvanizing, zinc coating weight,coating uniformity, and surface quality are continuously monitored to ensure compliance with required standards.
Before delivery, each batch is checked for thickness, dimensions, zinc coating, and appearance. Inspection reports and mill test certificates (MTC) can be provided upon request.
