2. Incoming Material Inspection
   

   Perform precise chemical composition analysis on each batch of carbon steel wire base materials and alloying elements to guarantee they adhere to specified grade requirements.

3. Process & Coating Inspection
   Continuously monitor wire diameter, straightness, and surface condition during production. For treatments like galvanizing, strictly control coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion strength.

4. Final Inspection & Documentation

   Before delivery, each batch is checked for thickness, dimensions, zinc coating, and appearance.                Inspection reports and mill test certificates (MTC) can be provided upon request.
