Prepainted Steel Coil (PPGI / PPGL) is manufactured by Tianjin Guoyu Steel using high-quality galvanized steel or galvalume steel as the base material.
After surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coatings (primer and top coat) are applied through a roll-coating process and cured at high temperature.
With excellent corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, and stable processing performance, our prepainted steel coils are widely used for roofing and wall panels, corrugated sheets, home appliances, industrial buildings, warehouses, and light steel structures.

Quality Control / Inspection
Tianjin Guoyu Steel applies comprehensive quality control throughout the entire production process, from substrate selection to final delivery.
Galvanized or galvalume substrates are inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface condition before coating.
Coating thickness, adhesion, color consistency, surface quality, and curing performance are continuously monitored during production.
Before delivery, each batch is inspected for thickness, width, color, coating performance, and appearance. Inspection reports and Mill Test Certificates (MTC) are available upon request.
