Incoming Material Inspection All color-coated coil substrates are tested for coating adhesion, chemical composition, and surface cleanliness; non-conforming materials are rejected immediately to ensure the durability of finished IBR sheets.

In-Process Inspection Key forming parameters (inverted box rib profile accuracy, sheet flatness, dimension tolerance, color consistency) are continuously monitored, with real-time adjustments to meet construction industry standards and customer specs.

Final Inspection & Documentation Each batch undergoes a comprehensive check of rib height uniformity, coating thickness, sheet size, and surface defect rate before shipment. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and detailed inspection reports are available on request.
