Strict Quality Control System

Tianjin Guoyu Steel implements stringent quality control throughout the entire production process of color-coated corrugated sheets, from raw material selection to final inspection.

Incoming Material Inspection

All steel coil substrates are inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface condition (free of rust, oil stains, and scratches) prior to production. Non-conforming materials are rejected to ensure the integrity of subsequent manufacturing steps.

Process Inspection

During the cleaning, coating, curing, and corrugating process, key parameters including coating thickness, color consistency, glossiness, and corrugation profile accuracy are continuously monitored. Real-time adjustments are made to the production line to ensure compliance with required standards and customer specifications.

Final Inspection & Documentation

Before delivery, each batch of color-coated corrugated sheets is subjected to a comprehensive check covering coating adhesion, dimensional tolerance, corrugation height, and surface finish. Detailed inspection reports and mill test certificates (MTC) can be provided upon customer request.
