Quality Control
Tianjin Guoyu Steel enforces stringent quality control across the full production cycle of Pickled & Oiled (P&O) Carbon Steel Coils—from raw material sourcing to final inspection.
All P&O coil substrates are tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface cleanliness (oxide scale-free) before production. Non-conforming materials are rejected to secure subsequent process quality.
During pickling, oiling, and forming, key parameters (thickness consistency, flatness, surface cleanliness, oil film uniformity) are continuously monitored. Real-time line adjustments ensure alignment with standards and customer specs.
