• Incoming Material Inspection

  All hot/cold-rolled coil substrates are tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface condition; non-conforming materials are rejected immediately to guarantee the quality of slitting processes.

  Key slitting parameters (width tolerance, edge straightness, thickness consistency, surface smoothness) are continuously monitored, with real-time production line adjustments to meet standards and customer specs.
