Incoming Material Inspection All PPGI coil substrates are tested for coating adhesion, chemical composition, and surface glossiness; non-conforming materials are rejected immediately to guarantee the weather resistance and aesthetics of finished tile-profile sheets.

In-Process Inspection Key forming parameters (tile profile accuracy, sheet flatness, dimension tolerance, color uniformity) are continuously monitored, with real-time adjustments to meet architectural standards and customer specs.

Final Inspection & Documentation Each batch undergoes a comprehensive check of tile ridge consistency, coating thickness, sheet size, and surface defect rate before shipment. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and detailed inspection reports are available on request.
